European integrity.
American ingenuity.

Star City inspiration.

Our beers are produced in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot (German Purity Law) of 1516.

The law dictates that we limit our ingredients to barley malt, hops, water and yeast. We brew our beer with barley malt, and never use the cheap rice or corn found in many mainstream American beers.

Pure water, fresh yeast, and hops imported from Germany keep our beer honest and pure.

We've matched that German purity with the Roanoke Valley Palate by conducting a series of taste tests.

The results of these professionally directed focus groups confirmed our choice for a launch beer.

Roanokers were asked to sample a wide range of beers and ales.

They drank. They talked. We listened.
